Mothers/Fathers Day Crafts.

For an Activity with a bunch of 8 year old girls we made for their Moms for Mothers Day these cute little Purses filled with Chocolate.

And For Fathers Day they made their Daddys these cute frames with Pictures of them and their daddys together. They turned out so cute. Now of course mine was not of me and my daddy, but I made one and put the most handsome little man I know, my Grandson Jaxson in the frame. He is such a cute little boy and I just love the train at the bottom.

Been to Long.

To all of you that have been checking my blog faithfully and seen no changes, I am truely sorry. Life for me has been crazy busy and I have had to put my hobby on the side for a little while. But now things I think will settle down and I can return to the one thing that I love to do, which is making cards and paper crafts. So here are a few things that I have done.

This is a roll of Rollos with a Hershey Kiss for the point. These were a big hit at the boutique.

This is a tissue cover using the small bags of tissues. I really want to do more with these, I have ideas to put a mini calendar on, where the flower is or a picture and then you can put it on your desk. So I hope to get those done and post them at a later time.

Easter Bunny

Well believe it or not the time has come, I know not for you yet but sure enough for me. I have easter on the brain and looking for ideas for the boutique. Again I got online and found some really cute ideas. I made some changes of my own to these cute bunnies and I think they turned out so cute. Infact as I was filling my shelf up a lady came by my booth and snatched up 2 of the bunny treat cups. And when I got home an hour later I had a message from Lee (the boutique owner) telling me that a lady came in and ordered 15 for their family Easter party. So I called him back told him I am on it, hung up and got to work! I have a feeling it's going to be be the Turkeys all over again. Well that's it for now.

Diaper Cake

I got a call on Wednesday from Lee at the boutique requesting a Diaper Cake, he said the lady needed a Purple one ASAP. So I went shopping and got to work assembling it, and this is how it turned out. I am really not a purle color gal but I have to be honest, I really like this one, and want to make more. I think my favorite part of this diaper cake is the hair bows.

It's Magic

I was online last week looking for some more ideas for cards and came across this card that looked awesome. The technique was called Black Magic and I was so anxious to learn how to do this, so I went onto You tube and there it was, the tutorial on how to do this great technique. I had to make a card right away and I am so glad I did. I really like using this technique. I am not sure if it's new or not, but it's new to me. I can't wait to make more cards using different stamp sets.

Valentines

So I got this phone call from a lady last week, she told me that she had gone into the boutique and saw my stuff and just loved the things I had made she really liked the Valentine boxes that I had down there, and she ask me if I would be able to make her 12 Valentine boxes, she loved my cards as well, asked me if I would make her a dozen of those too. Of course I told I would, and I came home and got right to work.

Valentines Day

I have been pretty busy getting things ready for the boutique and since it's Janruary it's time to be thinking Valentines.

I just Love Love Love this new Stampin Up designer paper for Valentines day, so I went a little crazy with it and this is what I did.


The Valentines Day cards...




I made these cute OWL treat bags using the top note die and some punches.


These cute Tissue box Covers are so fun to make.





Using the Big Shot and the Match Box die I made these and even wrapped the nugget candy with the DSP.



I used the Heart sweet treat cups and made these cute little Valentines
