More Halloween

So I sat down this week and worked on more Halloween things and here they are!

These are made using the Big Shot and the Candy wrapper Die, Some DSP and Stamp Set Wicked Cool.

I wanted to make some Hand Sanitizer holders, so I searched and found this pattern on another crafters web site. So I used some DSP (retired and New) and the Stamp set Howl-o Ween Creeps, the new Perfect Pennant Die for the Big Shot,  and some Hand sanitizer from Bath and Body works and this is what they look like!

Thats it for now, I have another project that I cant wait to make so it's back to my desk I must go,to make those and I hope to post those later.

Halloween Treats

I have been very busy these last 3 months with family outings for the summer, but now that summer is coming to an end it's time to get back to work. I have been working on Halloween things for the boutique and here is what I have done.

These are done using the Big Shot and the Matchbox Die, I used some punches and the new stamp set It's a Wrap Holidays

 Again I used the Big Shot and the Fancy Favor Die and ribbon add some candy and made these cute treat bags.

These Luminaries were a big hit at the boutique last year so I thought why not. I used the Big Shot and the Fancy Favor Die. (Can you tell I just love my Big Shot.) I stamped my image on Vellum, on the one I used the web embossing folder.  

 All lit up.

Cards

I sat down tonight and made some cards using Fabulous Florets.

Crafting with Flashing.

I saw this at Convention last week and just had to make them. So I went to Lowes tonight and bought some flashing, and headed to Micheals for tealight candles and rushed home to make this one. This is done using the Snowflake Die and the Big Shot. With a little hot glue and its done. I just love this idea.

Convention 2011

Stampin'Up had their Convention last week, I had such a great time and learned so much. I went all by myself this year,(which was a little scary for me at first) but while I was standing in line to pay for some things I found at Momento Mall, I looked up and saw a familiar face in this gigantic crowd. Karen, a lady I met last year, was standing there waving at me. Man was I thrilled to see her. We met up after I got done checking out, and after Hugs and how the heck are ya's, we couldn't believe that out of three thousand ladies we actually saw each other. Oh what a blessing I say. We hung out the whole time, went to every class together, it was awesome. I'll tell you it made a world of difference to have a friend there.
Convention was a blast, the classes were so much fun, my favorite class had to be the My Digital Studio. I can't wait to start using it. I will be making a bunch of Christmas gifts with it this year.

Here I am at the end of Day One so happy to be at convention. I am waiting for my ride. I love living in the same State as Convention, I get to go home to my own bed.

This is my dear frined Karen from Wisconsin! We already agreed, we will be at Convention next year. Can't wait.

Mothers/Fathers Day Crafts.

For an Activity with a bunch of 8 year old girls we made for their Moms for Mothers Day these cute little Purses filled with Chocolate.

And For Fathers Day they made their Daddys these cute frames with Pictures of them and their daddys together. They turned out so cute. Now of course mine was not of me and my daddy, but I made one and put the most handsome little man I know, my Grandson Jaxson in the frame. He is such a cute little boy and I just love the train at the bottom.

Been to Long.

To all of you that have been checking my blog faithfully and seen no changes, I am truely sorry. Life for me has been crazy busy and I have had to put my hobby on the side for a little while. But now things I think will settle down and I can return to the one thing that I love to do, which is making cards and paper crafts. So here are a few things that I have done.

This is a roll of Rollos with a Hershey Kiss for the point. These were a big hit at the boutique.

This is a tissue cover using the small bags of tissues. I really want to do more with these, I have ideas to put a mini calendar on, where the flower is or a picture and then you can put it on your desk. So I hope to get those done and post them at a later time.

Easter Bunny

Well believe it or not the time has come, I know not for you yet but sure enough for me. I have easter on the brain and looking for ideas for the boutique. Again I got online and found some really cute ideas. I made some changes of my own to these cute bunnies and I think they turned out so cute. Infact as I was filling my shelf up a lady came by my booth and snatched up 2 of the bunny treat cups. And when I got home an hour later I had a message from Lee (the boutique owner) telling me that a lady came in and ordered 15 for their family Easter party. So I called him back told him I am on it, hung up and got to work! I have a feeling it's going to be be the Turkeys all over again. Well that's it for now.

Diaper Cake

I got a call on Wednesday from Lee at the boutique requesting a Diaper Cake, he said the lady needed a Purple one ASAP. So I went shopping and got to work assembling it, and this is how it turned out. I am really not a purle color gal but I have to be honest, I really like this one, and want to make more. I think my favorite part of this diaper cake is the hair bows.

I have so much fun making these, so if you are ever in need of a diaper cake for your next baby shower for a boy or girl I am your gal to come to for one!!!!

It's Magic

I was online last week looking for some more ideas for cards and came across this card that looked awesome. The technique was called Black Magic and I was so anxious to learn how to do this, so I went onto You tube and there it was, the tutorial on how to do this great technique. I had to make a card right away and I am so glad I did. I really like using this technique. I am not sure if it's new or not, but it's new to me. I can't wait to make more cards using different stamp sets.

Valentines

So I got this phone call from a lady last week, she told me that she had gone into the boutique and saw my stuff and just loved the things I had made she really liked the Valentine boxes that I had down there, and she ask me if I would be able to make her 12 Valentine boxes, she loved my cards as well, asked me if I would make her a dozen of those too. Of course I told I would, and I came home and got right to work.
